CoCo Studios designs and produces events locally and throughout the Southeast working with budgets at various levels and with events with attendee levels that land anywhere between 50 to 35,000 people.  We strive to make the design process as seamless and stress free for all parties involved. with you to produce the desired elements. We generate creative ideas,

render set designs and floor plans, and manage your venue’s tech

requirements as well as deploy the best crew to execute a successful event.

With this package you will receive a 60-minute consultation including our advise, a recommend list of professional vendors that align with your needs, as well as input towards designing and executing your event vision.

A consultation recap with documents will be sent to you via email. This consultation is $150. If you should later decide you want a planner; this fee will be credited towards your balance
